Sit comfortably and place both feet firmly on the foot plates. Avoid wearing socks or covering the plates during use.
Using the provided remote, turn on the device and select a suitable heat level. It is recommended that beginners start at a low level and gradually increase it. If you find the temperature too high, lower the setting immediately. Prolonged use at a high-intensity level is not advised.
