Introduction and Scope<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1.1 This Shipping Policy (the &#8220;Policy&#8221;) sets out the terms on which Prife International EU sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (the &#8220;Seller&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221; or &#8220;us&#8221;), processes, dispatches and delivers orders placed through the website www.prifestore.eu (the &#8220;Webstore&#8221;).<br \/>1.2 This Policy applies to all orders placed by consumers and, where applicable, by business customers (each, the &#8220;Customer&#8221;). Delivery Area<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>3.1 We deliver to all member states of the European Union. Overseas territories of member states are excluded.<\/p><p>3.2 We do not deliver to destinations outside the European Union.<\/p><p>3.3 Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery to a pickup point is available only where the Customer has requested it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-4-carriers-and-delivery-method\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">4. Carriers and Delivery Method<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t4.1 The Seller selects the carrier and delivery method for each order on the basis of the delivery location. As a general rule:\n<ul>\n \t<li>InPost is used for deliveries within Poland;<\/li>\n \t<li>UPS is used for deliveries to other member states of the European Union; and<\/li>\n \t<li>DPD may be used from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n4.2 The Seller offers standard delivery only. Same-day, next-day and express delivery services are not available.\n\n4.3 The Customer may not select a particular carrier.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-5-order-processing-and-delivery-times\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">5. Prices, Value Added Tax and Customs<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>7.1 Prices displayed in the Webstore are net prices. Value added tax (&#8220;VAT&#8221;) is added at checkout.<br \/>7.2 Where an order is placed by a business customer established in a member state of the European Union other than Poland, only the net price is charged.<br \/>7.3 As all deliveries are made within the European Union, no customs duties, import charges or clearance fees are payable by the Customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-8-order-confirmation-and-tracking\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">8. Order Confirmation and Tracking<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>8.1 Upon dispatch of the order, the Customer will receive a tracking link by email, enabling the Customer to follow the progress of the delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-9-amendment-and-cancellation-of-orders\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">9. Amendment and Cancellation of Orders<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>9.1 A Customer wishing to cancel an order or to correct the delivery address must notify the Seller within one (1) hour of placing the order.<\/p><p>9.2 After that period, the Seller cannot guarantee that the order or address can be amended or cancelled, as the order may already be in processing.<\/p><p>9.3 This clause does not affect the Customer&#8217;s statutory right of withdrawal, which is described in the Returns &amp; Exchange Policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-10-delivery-and-acceptance\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">10. Delivery and Acceptance<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>10.1 The signature of the recipient is required upon delivery.<\/p><p>10.2 Parcels will not be left with neighbours or in any other place unless the recipient has given instructions to that effect.<\/p><p>10.3 The Customer is advised to inspect the parcel for visible damage at the time of delivery and to record any such damage with the courier before signing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-11-incorrect-or-incomplete-delivery-details\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">11. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>11.1 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.<\/p><p>11.2 Where a delivery cannot be completed because the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the Customer shall bear the additional costs of any further delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-12-failed-delivery\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">12. Failed Delivery<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>12.1 Where the recipient is not available, the carrier will make two (2) delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the Seller.<br \/>12.2 Upon receipt of the returned parcel, the Seller will contact the Customer, who may elect either:<br \/>\u2022 to have the order shipped again, in which case shipping charges will apply again; or<br \/>\u2022 to cancel the order, in which case the Seller will refund the amount paid less the shipping costs incurred.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-13-delayed-and-lost-parcels\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">13. Delayed and Lost Parcels<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>13.1 Where a parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, the Seller will contact the carrier to obtain a status update and will inform the Customer of the status and the reason for the delay.<\/p><p>13.2 Where a parcel is reported as lost, the Seller will open an investigation with the carrier. The carrier has up to fourteen (14) business days to investigate and confirm whether the parcel has been lost.<\/p><p>13.3 Where the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, the Seller will arrange for a replacement shipment of the same order.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-14-damaged-or-incorrect-items\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">14. Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>14.1 The Customer must notify the Seller of any damaged or incorrect items by email to eu.support@prifeintl.biz within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.<\/p><p>14.2 The notification must be accompanied by photographs or video recordings showing the item, its packaging and the damage or discrepancy.<\/p><p>14.3 This clause is without prejudice to the Customer&#8217;s statutory rights under applicable European Union and Polish law, including those relating to goods that are not in conformity with the contract.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-15-risk-of-loss-or-damage\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">15. Risk of Loss or Damage<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ppw-text\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>15.1 The Seller is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the Customer. Risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"ppw-section\" id=\"ppw-5e5baea-16-shipping-insurance\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"ppw-title\">16.
